新疆地区骨与关节肿瘤及瘤样病变1586例统计分析

摘    要:目的探讨新疆地区骨与关节肿瘤及瘤样病变的发病情况及构成比率。方法对我院1995~2009年经病理检查证实的1586例骨与关节肿瘤及瘤样病变住院病历进行统计分析。结果良性骨肿瘤633例(39.91%),骨巨细胞瘤76例(4.79%),原发恶性骨肿瘤289例(18.22%),骨转移瘤327例(20.62%),骨瘤样病变261例(16.46%)。良性骨肿瘤以骨软骨瘤最多见(160例,25.28%),软骨瘤(114例,18.01%)与骨瘤(78例,12.32%)次之。原发恶性骨肿瘤以骨肉瘤(98例,33.91%)与软骨肉瘤(65例,22.49%)多见,脊索瘤(38例,13.15%)次之。骨瘤样病变以骨纤维异样增殖症(98例,37.55%)与动脉瘤样骨囊肿(71例,27.20%)多见。多种骨肿瘤患者男性多于女性,好发年龄11~30岁,好发部位为股骨与胫骨。结论骨肿瘤发病率男性高于女性,汉族人群发病率较高。

A statistical analysis on tumors and tumor-like lesions of bone and joint for 1586 cases in Xinjiang

Abstract:Objective To explore the incidence and composing rate of the tumors and tumor-like lesions of bone and joint occurred in Xinjiang.Methods Statistical analysis of 1 586 cases of tumors and tumor-like lesions of bone and joint was made from 1995 to 2009 in First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.Results There were 633 cases of primary benign tumors(39.91%),76 of giant cell tumor of bone(4.79%),289 of primary malignant tumors(18.22%),327 of metastatic tumors(20.62%),261 of tumor like lesions(18.01%).Among benign bone tumors,osteochondroma was the most common one(160 cases,25.28%),followed by chondroma(114 cases,18.01%)and osteoma(78 cases,14.15%).Among malignant tumors,osteosarcoma(98 case,37.55%)and chondrosarcoma(37.23%)were both common tumors,followed by chordoma(38 cases,13.19%).Among tumor-like lesions,fibrous dysplasia(98 case,37.55%)and aneurysmal bone cyst(71 case,27.20%)were the most common tumors.Among all patients,there were more men than women and Han nationality than minority.It also occurred frequently between 11 and 30 years old,and femur or tibia was the most common sites.Conclusions:The morbility of male is higher than female,the morbility of Han nationality was higher.
