KGFR、P16^INK4a在新疆维吾尔族妇女宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的探讨角质细胞生长因子受体(keratinoeyte gowth factor reeeptor,KGFR)与P16INK4a在新疆维吾尔族妇女宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)及宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶链接(SP)法检测20例慢性宫颈炎组织、70例CIN组织(CINⅠ25例、CINⅡ25例、CINⅢ20例)及40例浸润性宫颈鳞癌组织标本中KGFR、P16INK4a的表达。结果 (1)KGFR蛋白阳性表达率:浸润性宫颈鳞癌82.50%,CIN62.86%,慢性宫颈炎40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.004);P16INK4a蛋白阳性表达率:浸润性宫颈鳞癌82.50%,CIN47.14%,慢性宫颈炎0.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000)。(2)在宫颈各组织中,KGFR蛋白与P16INK4a蛋白表达无相关性(r=0.158,P=0.073)。结论 KGFR和P16INK4a的高表达与宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关,但是KGFR和P16INK4a无协同作用,各自以不同的方式参与了宫颈癌的发生发展。P16INK4a和KGFR检测可作为宫颈癌早期诊断和宫颈癌进展的分子指标。

Expression of KGFR and P16^INK4a protein in Xinjiang Uygur women cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of the keratinocyte growth factor receptor(KGFR/FGFR2IIIb) and P16INK4a protein in Xinjiang Uygur women cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia,CIN) and cervical cancer.Methods Using immunohistochemical streptomycin avidin-peroxidase link(SP) method to detect expression of KGFR and P16INK4a protein in 20 cases of chronic cervicitis,70 cases of CIN(CIN Ⅰ 25,CIN Ⅱ 25,CIN Ⅲ 20) and 40 cases of invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma specimens.Results(1) KGFR was followed by invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma(82.50%)〉CIN(62.86%)〉chronic cervicitis(40.00%) and the difference is statistically significant(P=0.004);P16INK4a protein was followed by invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma(82.50%) 〉CIN(47.14%) 〉chronic cervicitis(0.00%) and the difference is statistically significant(P=0.000).(2) In Various cervix uteri tissue,the expression of KGFR and P16INK4a protein was incorrelated(r=0.158,P=0.073).Conclusion High level expressions P16INK4a and KGFR are closely related to the genesis and development of cervical cancer,but KGFR and P16INK4a have not a synergistic effect in cervical cancer,they participate in the development of cervical cancer in different ways.The detection KGFR and P16INK4a protein can be considered as a early detection index of cervical cancer and progress of cervical cancer.
