| 摘 要： | 目的对北京市朝阳区流动人口活动性肺结核临床特征及治疗效果进行研究,探讨流动人口结核病控制管理策略。方法对航空中心医院及朝阳区结核病防治所2006年1月1日~2008年12月31日确诊的活动性肺结核患者进行分析,其中流动人口142例作为研究组、本市人口63例作为对照组。结果流动人口中男性发病率高,青壮年占66.2%,文化程度低者占83.7%,就诊延迟现象突出,临床表现典型,肺部病变分布广泛,痰菌阳性率及耐药性高,经过直接督导下短程化疗（DOTS）治疗后痰菌阳性患者6个月痰菌阴转率占92.9%,首诊医院以二级以下医院为主,返回原籍及失访者占20.4%。结论朝阳区流动人口肺结核发病率高、临床症状典型,经过结核病控制管理能达到与本市人口同样的治疗效果。
