整体铸造在可摘局部义齿中的运用

目的探讨整体铸造在可摘义齿修复中,尤其在双侧游离缺失,对胎异常、邻牙,缺失间隙均异常情况下修复的效果.方法对临床1558例病人采取整铸支架式可摘局部义齿的设计,设计合理的卡环类型,设计为混合支持式或者牙支持式.结果整体铸造式的可摘义齿,符合可摘局部义齿的设计原则,有良好的固位,良好的稳定性,良好的支持,高质量的恢复牙的形态和功能.结论整体铸造在可摘局部义齿运用中,对口腔软硬组织健康的恢复有良好的作用,由于使用的带模铸造这一精密的铸造技术,加上义齿自身的优点,能够恢复牙的形态和功能.

Study on the Effects of the Monobloc Casting on the Removable Denture

Objective To investigate the effect of the monobloc casting on removable denture,especially in the complex abnormal situation of bilateral distal extension edentulism,malocclusion,coloboma gap.Methods 1558 patients were applied removable partial denture with monobloc casting supporting way,which designed as implant mucosa supporting way or dental frame in reasonable type of clasp.Result The removable denture of monobloc casting was accorded with the design principle of removable partial denture,which benefited from the prosthesis character of well retention and stabilities,well-supported and high quality recovery of the dental morphology and function.Conclusions The better recovery of oral hard and soft tissue will take advantage of the application of monobloc casting in the removable partial denture.Due to the precision technique of molded casing and self-merit of denture,the dental morphology and function can be reactivated.
