冠心病患者胰岛素抵抗与血脂关系的研究

目的 :了解冠心病患者胰岛素抵抗和血脂水平的关系 ,研究胰岛素抵抗对冠心病的发生发展的意义。方法 :测定了 6 0例符合WHO冠心病诊断标准的患者以及正常对照组的空腹血脂、血糖、胰岛素水平以及服糖后血糖和胰岛素水平 ,并对胰岛素抵抗各项指标同血脂各项指标进行了相关性分析。结果 :同对照组相比 ,冠心病组空腹胰岛素、以及反映胰岛素抵抗的指标均明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而且在相关性分析中发现血脂水平同胰岛素抵抗有明显的相关性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :胰岛素抵抗可能是血脂代谢、高胰岛素血症的共同发病基础 ,是冠心病发生发展的危险因素。对胰岛素抵抗的预防和治疗将对治疗冠心病、改善患者生活质量具有重要意义

The Relationship Between Insulin Resistance And dyslipidemia in Coronary Heart Disease Patients

Objective:To study the relationship between the insulin resistance and dyslipidemia in coronary heart disease patients, and the effects of the insulin resistance to the coronary heart disease.Methods:Fasting lipids, fasting glucose and fasting insulin as well as glucose and insulin level after oral glucose tolerance test of 60 coronary heart disease patients were measured. And the relationships between the items of insulin resistance and blood lipid were analyzed.Results:The items of insulin resistance of coronary heart disease group were significantly increased compared with the normal group , and the items of insulin resistance was positively correlated with the blood lipid.Conclusion:the insulin resistance might be the basis of the dyslipidemia and a risk factor to the coronary heart disease.
