摘    要:目的:对细毡毛忍冬乙醇提取物进行血清药物化学研究,为筛选确定细毡毛忍冬的药效成分奠定基础。方法:建立细毡毛忍冬乙醇提取物及大鼠含药血清、空白血清的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法;通过比较细毡毛忍冬乙醇提取物、含药血清及空白血清指纹图谱,确定其血清移行成分。结果:在含药血清中发现了8个移行成分,其中2个为原型成分,6个是代谢产物。结论:血中移行成分和代谢产物可能成为细毡毛忍冬的体内直接作用物质,对其更深入的研究有助于探索其药效物质基础及作用机制。

Abstract:Objective: To ,screen and identify the medicinal ingredients through the research on serum pharmacochemistry of ethanol extract of Lonicera similes Hemsl. Method:The HPLC fingerprints analytical methods of ethanol extract of Lonicera similes Hemsl. was built up. Serum transitional components were identified through comparing the fingerprints of ethanol extract, rat serum-containing active components and blank serum. Result: 8 transitional ingredients were obtained. Two of them were prototype components, and the others were metabolites. Conclusion: Serum transitional components and the metabolites may be active ingredients that directly work in the body. Further research will be beneficial to explore the material basis of efficacy and action mechanism of Lonicera similes Hemsl.
