| 摘 要： | 目的:研究白芷Angelica dahurica的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20、重结晶等方法进行化学成分的分离纯化,采用光谱法鉴定其结构。结果:从白芷75%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离鉴定了14个化合物,分别为水合氧化前胡内酯(Ⅰ)、比克白芷素(Ⅱ)、异氧化前胡内酯(Ⅲ)、Oxypeucedanin hydrate acetonide(Ⅳ)、珊瑚菜内酯(Ⅴ)、异欧前胡素(Ⅵ)、7H-Furo3,2-g]1]benzopyran-7-one,9-me-thoxy-4-(3-methyl-2-oxobutoxy)-(Ⅶ)、佛手柑内酯(Ⅷ)、花椒素酚(Ⅸ)、neobyakangelicol(Ⅹ)、豆甾醇(Ⅺ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅻ)、硬脂酸()、棕榈酸()。结论:化合物Ⅶ为首次从该属中分离得到,化合物I～X均为线性呋喃香豆素衍生物。

| Abstract: | objective:To study the chemical constituents from the dry root of Angelica dahurica.Methods:Compounds were isolated by C-18 column,Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis.Results:Fourteen compounds wereisolated and their structures were identified as oxypeucedanin(Ⅰ),byakangelicin(Ⅱ),isooxypeucedanin(Ⅲ),oxypeucedanin hydrate acetonide(Ⅳ),phellopterin(Ⅴ),isoimperatorin(Ⅵ),7H-Furo1]benzopyran-7-one,9-methoxy-4-(3-methyl-2-oxobutoxy)-(Ⅶ),bergapten(Ⅷ),xanthotoxol(Ⅸ),neobyakangelicol(Ⅹ),stigmasterol(Ⅺ),daucosterol(Ⅻ),stearic acid(),palmitic acid().Conclusion:The compound VII was isolated form Angelica dahurica for the first time. |
