神经生长因子联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究

目的：观察神经生长因子联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN）疗效。方法：76例病人随机分成两组治疗组和对照组,两组均给于甲钴胺及糖尿病的常规治疗。治疗组40例给于鼠神经生长因子9000AU和甲钴胺500μg肌肉注射,1次/d,共4wk;对照组36例甲钴胺500μg肌肉注射,1次/d,共4wk。结果：治疗组临床症状较对照组明显改善（p〈0.05）,神经传导速度治疗组治疗后快于治疗前也快于对照组治疗后（p〈0.05）。结论：神经神经生长因子联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变较单用甲钴胺疗效好,未见明显不良反应,是治疗DPN的有效方法,值得临床应用。

THE CLINICAL RESEARCHES OF COMBINATION NERVER GROWTH FACTOR AND METHYCOBAL ON THE TREATMENT OF DIABETIC PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY

Objective： To observe the effect of treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN） using nerve growth factor,together with mecobalamin.Methods：76 cases of DPN patients were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group and the control group.Each group were given mecobalamin and ordinary treatment.The 40 patients in the treatment group were given mouse nerve growth factor（9000AU）,along with 500 mecobalamin（500μg）.The two kinds of medicine were given through injection,once a day,lasting four weeks.The 36 patients in the control group were given mecobalamin（500μg） through injection,once a day,lasting four weeks.Results：the clinical symptoms in the treatment group were significantly relieved than those in the control group（p〈0.05）,and the nerve conduction velocity in the treatment is improved,and is faster than that in the control group（p〈0.05）.Conclusion： Compared with the sole use of mecobalamin,using Nerve Growth Factor together with Mecobalamin has better efficacy with no obvious adverse reaction,which concludes that it is an effective way to cure DPN,worthy to be applied in clinical practice.
