| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着分子生物学技术的迅猛发展和对乙型肝炎病毒（hepatitis B virus,HBV）的深入研究发现,HBV基因型与乙型肝炎的临床表现、治疗、预后都有密切关系。本文着重对HBV基因型的发现和流行病学分布,HBV基因型的分型方法,HBV基因型与血清亚型的关系,HBV基因型的临床意义等相关研究作一综述。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of molecular biology techniques and the deepening of the understanding of the hepatitis B virus（ HBV） . In the past few years Numerous studies show that clinical manifestations,treatment and prognosis of hepatitis B are closely related with HBV genotype. This article focuses on the discovery and epidemiological distribution of HBV genotypes and HBV genotypes typing methods,the relationship between HBV genotypes and subtypes,the clinical significance of HBV genotypes are reviewed. |
