| 摘 要： | 血管内皮细胞因其特殊的解剖学定位,成为构成髓血屏障的主要结构,是造血细胞出髓与归巢的“门户”。内皮细胞通过分泌多种造血调控因子,将定向造血干细胞定居于“壁龛”中,从而调控其增殖和分化。本文就近年来内皮细胞与定向造血干细胞归巢的关系作一综述。

| Abstract: | Because of their special anatomical location,vascular endothelial cells become the primary component of bone marrow-blood barrier.Endothelial cells are the "portal" of going out and homing of hematopoietic cell.Endothelial cells secrete a great variety of hematopoiesis regulatory factor,making the progenitor cells localized in the "niche",thus endothelial cells can regulate the proliferation and differentiation of the progenitor cells. This paper reviews the relationship between endothelial cell and progenitor cell. |
