狭叶杜香挥发油提取方法的研究

摘    要:目的:探索狭叶杜香挥发油的提取分离方法,为其进一步开发利用提供科学依据。方法:研究了超临界流体提取法(SFE)及水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)所得杜香挥发油的收率及组分变化,并采用GC—MS联用技术进行分析。结果:SD法收率为1.54%,SFE法收率为1.72%。从SFE法所提取的杜香挥发油中共鉴定出29种成分,从SD法所提取的杜香挥发油中共鉴定出25种成分,其中有23种成分为共有成分。结论:超临界流体提取法是提取杜香挥发油的理想方法。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the extraction and separation methods of the volatile oil of Ledum palustre,and provide scientific basis for further development and use.Methods: We compared the yield and component change of the volatile oil of Ledum palustre by supercritical-CO_2 fluid extraction(SFE)and by steam distillation(SD)respectively ,and the volatile oil has been analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by GCMS.Results: The yield of SD and SFE was 1.54% and 1.72% respectively.The volatile oil of Ledum palustre extracted by SFE had been identified 29 components,and the volatile oil of Ledum palustre extracted by SD had been identified 25 components,in which 23 components were common ingredients.Conclusion: The results suggested that extraction of volatile oil from Ledum palustre by SF-CO_2 is more satisfactory.
