摘 要: | 目的了解留守中学生的行为发育状况,探讨影响行为发育的主要因素,为相关部门制定有效的预防和干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用自编一般人口学问卷和青少年自评量表(YSR),运用分层整群抽样的方法 ,对济宁市11所中学的1599名学生进行了调查,其中留守中学生395名。结果留守男生各因子得分均高于普通学生,女生退缩(Z=2.26)、思维(Z=2.41)、注意(Z=3.76)、攻击(Z=2.25)、内向行为(Z=2.30)和总分(Z=2.85)高于普通中学生。经多因素非条件logistic回归分析显示儿童的学习成绩(OR=3.81)、母亲的文化程度(OR=0.40)、父母双方外出务工(OR=1.60)是影响留守中学生行为发育的主要因素。结论留守中学生的心理行为问题突出,相关部门应采取应对方式,积极开展心理疏导和健康教育工作。

Abstract: | Objective To know the status of behavioral development among left-behind middle school students.To explore main influential factors of behavioral development,and to provide a scientific evidence for relevant departments.Methods Stratified cluster sampling was used and 1599 middle school students from 11 middle schools were investigated with self-made general social demographic questionnaire and Youth Self Report(YSR)among which there were 395 left-behind students.Results The scores of all factors among left-behind male students and the scores of withdrawal(Z=2.26),thinking(Z=2.41),attention(Z=3.76),attacks(Z=2.25) and internalizing behavior(Z=2.30)and the total average scores(Z=2.85) among left-behind female students were higher than those among ordinary students.The results of multivariate non-conditioned logistic regression analysis displayed that the factors that influenced the behavioral development most were children's academic achievement(OR=3.81),mothers' educational level(OR=0.40),and parents' working away from home(OR=1.60).Conclusion Psychological and behavioral problems were common in left-behind middle school students and more psychological guidance and health education should be developed among them by relevant departments. |
