| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳杆菌(Lactobacillus LB)对小鼠宫颈鳞癌U14的抑瘤作用.方法建立KM和615近交系鼠U14移植瘤动物模型,并随机分组,检测实验组与对照组小鼠的瘤体平均重量和抑瘤率.结果与对照组比较,嗜酸乳杆菌(L acidophilus,LA)对两种品系小鼠移植瘤的抑瘤作用,均具有非常显著性差异(P＜0.01)；提前给予LA组小鼠,其移植瘤生长速度显著慢于对照组(P＜0.01)；LA及干酪乳杆菌(Lcasie,LC)对于小鼠U14移植瘤,亦具有显著抑瘤作用(P＜0.01),但LA与LC两组间抑瘤作用无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论乳杆菌对小鼠宫颈鳞癌具有显著的抑瘤作用,可有效抑制肿瘤的发生和发展.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the antitumor effect of Lactobacillus on mice bearing U 14 .Methods The KM mice and 615-strain mice with U 14 were divided into eight groups with different treatments. The inhibitory rate of each group was detected.Results Lactobacillus had significant antitumor effect on KM mice and 615-strain mice bearing U 14 (P<0.01);The growth rate of transplanted tumors fromU 14 in LA pre-administration group was slower than that in the wntrol group.The inhibitory rate was significantly higher in the LA LC and DDP groups as compared with the wntrol group respectively(P<0.01),however,no significant difference(P>0.05) was found among them.Conclusion Lactobacillus showed a marked inhibition effect on occurrence and development of U 14 . |
