血清尿酸纤维蛋白原C反应蛋白对急性缺血性脑卒中的诊断价值

目的探讨血尿酸（UA）、血纤维蛋白原（Fg）、C反应蛋白（CRP）在急性缺血性脑卒中的意义。方法检测患者入院后第1天、第3天、第7天的血清UA、CRP和血浆Fg浓度。对100例脑卒中患者及100例对照组进行UA、Fg、CRP等生化指标检测。而对照组仅仅做一次测量结果急性脑卒中患者血浆Fg和血清血糖、甘油三酯、LDL、HDL、UA、CRP水平明显增高,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;在7 d的检测中,CRP在7 d中有显著的变化（P〈0.05）,UA和Fg没有显著差异性（P〉0.05）。结论UA、Fg、CRP、高血压、高血糖、高甘油三酯、高LDL和低HDL与缺血性脑卒中病的发生有关,可以将它们作为缺血性脑卒中诊断的参考指标。血清CRP在7 d的变化尤为重要。

To discuss the diagnostic value of the serum of uric acid,fibrinogen,C-reactive protein in acute ischemic stroke

Objective To discuss the significance of the serum uric acid（UA）,fibrinoge-n（Fg） and C-reactive protein（CRP） in patients with the acute ischaemic stroke（AIS）.Methods The serum levels of UA,CRP,the plasma Fg and biochemical indicator were measured among 100 the acute ischaemic stroke patients and 100 control group.Whereas only one measurement was performed in the control group.Results In patients with the acute ischaemic stroke,the plasma levels of Fg and the serum UA,CRP,BS,TG,LDL,HDL,were,respectively,significantly higher than the control group（P 0.05）;In series measurements,the levels of CRP show alterations during 7days after AIS（P 0.05）.The alteration in levels of Fg and UA were not statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The levels of UA,Fg,CRP,hypertention,hyperglycosemia,high TG,high LDL and low HDL were related to the AIS,and can be used for reference indexes in diagnosis.The changes of serum CRP had more important significant in 7days.
