农村地方性氟中毒健康教育干预效果及需求分析

目的评价农村地区开展地方性氟中毒健康教育的效果及需求,为加强地氟病防治工作提供建议。方法选取济宁嘉祥和金乡两个县各一个乡镇作为调查点,进行地氟病健康教育干预和问卷调查。结果干预后,农村居民、学生对地氟病主要症状、原因、主要预防措施的知晓率高于干预前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,居民和学生愿意建立健康行为的比例较高,95.0%农民表示希望了解更多的防病知识,希望获取地氟病知识的途径主要为医生、防保人员的讲解,电视、报刊,发放宣传材料。结论健康教育对提高农民和学生的地氟病防治知识,改善相关行为具有一定的效果。

Aanalysis on the effect of health education intervention and demand of endemic fluorosis in the country

Objective To evaluate the effect of health education intervention and demand of Endemic Fluorosis in the country and offer advice about prevention of endemic fluorosis.Methods Two rural communities were selected from Jiaxiang and Jinxiang of Jining as survey points,health education intervention and questionnaire on knowledge,attitude and behavior of endemic fluorosis were conducted.Results There was significant improvement in the awareness rate on knowledge of endemic fluorosis among rural residents and students after the health education（P 0.05）,and higher proportion of willingness to establish health behaviors.95.0% of the farmers expressed the wish to learn more about disease prevention knowledge,and farmers wanted to get the knowledge mainly by consulting the doctor,watching TV and reading newspaper and magazine,promotional materials.Conclusion It is effective to carry out health education to improve farmers and students＇ knowledge and health behaviors on the prevention of endemic fluorosis.
