连翘花中齐墩果酸超声提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的研究连翘花中齐墩果酸的最佳超声提取工艺。方法本研究采用正交试验设计,分别考察了提取时间、乙醇浓度、溶剂用量、提取次数对连翘花中齐墩果酸提取率的影响。结果影响连翘花中齐墩果酸超声提取率的主次因素依次为:乙醇浓度>提取次数>溶剂用量>提取时间,其中提取次数和乙醇浓度有显著影响,最佳超声提取工艺条件为:用12倍量的85%乙醇,超声提取3次,每次60min。结论超声波法是提取连翘花中齐墩果酸的一种有效方法,简便可行,可应用于连翘花的资源开发。

Studies on the process for extracting oleanic acid by ultrasound from forsythia suspensa flowers

Abstract:Objective To optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of oleanic acid from Forsythia Suspensa flowers.Methods The ultrasonic extraction conditions for extracting the oleanic acid of Forsythia Suspensa flowers were studied by the orthogonal design and the effects of extraction time,ethanol concentration,solvent consumption and extraction times on oleanic acid yield were examined.Results Ultrasonic extraction times and ethanol concentration had the most significant effect.The factors affecting oleanic acid yield was in the order of ethanol concentration,ultrasonic extraction times,solvent consumption,extraction time and the best ultrasonic extraction process was to extract 3 times with twelve times of 85% ethanol for 60 minutes each time.Conclusion The extraction process is simple with good extract result.
