| 摘 要： | 分析了110例维生素 D 缺乏性手足搐搦症,其中79.1％为3个月以下的婴儿,春季发病者多,人工喂养及混合喂养儿发病者多,有并存症者多。46.4％的患儿血钙<1.875mmoL/L,且较血钙无明显降低者平均用钙量大(P<0.01)。结合文献,讨论了发病机理、诊断及治疗中的一些问题。

| Abstract: | 110 cases with tetany of vitamin D deficiency are reported.Among them,79.1% (87/110)are within 3 months of age.Most of 110 cases are of artificial and mixed feeding,attack in spring and exist simultaneously with other diseases.The serum ca- lcium lower than 1.875mmol/L is 51.4% (51/110),and the average dosage of cal- cium given is higher than those whose calcium level is not significantly decreased(u= 3.296,P<0.01).Some problems of the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment are dis- cussed according to other referances. |
