| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CD4+、CD25+调节性T细胞在哮喘发病机制中的作用,为哮喘的临床治疗提供新方法和新思路。方法分离哮喘患者和正常人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC),用流式细胞仪分析CD4+、CD25+调节性T细胞表型及其在外周血单个核细胞中的比例。结果哮喘组外周血CD4+、CD25+调节性T细胞占T淋巴细胞的百分比为(4.2±1.5)%,对照组(8.5±2.6)%,哮喘组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组CD4+、CD25+调节性T细胞表面表达的活化表型CTLA-4和CD69无显著性学差异(P>0.05)。结论CD04+和CD25+调节性T细胞参与了哮喘的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role of CD4~+ and CD25~+ regulatory T cells in the pathogenesis of asthma for the purpose of giving new approach of treatment.Methods The monouclear cells(PBMC) were isolated from peripheral blood of asthmatic patients and control subjects,and the phenotype and percentage of CD4~+ and CD25~+ regulatory T cells was detemined by Flow cytometry.Results The percentage of CD4~+and CD25~+ regulatory T cells in total T cells has significantly difference between control group(8.5±2.6)% and asthmatic patients(4.2±1.5)%(P<0.05).The CTLA-4 and CD69 molecules in CD4~+ and CD25~+ regulatory T cells were no significantly difference between control group and asthmatic patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The CD4~+and CD25~+ regulatory T leets involved in the pathogenesis of asthma in human. |
