麦胚提取物对成骨细胞TGF-β_1和IGF-1表达的影响

目的　通过研究成骨细胞中转化生长因子 (TGF) - β1 和胰岛素样生长因子(IGF) - 1的表达 ,进一步探讨麦胚乙醇提取物对大鼠成骨细胞的作用机理。方法　体外培养新生大鼠颅骨成骨细胞 ,用免疫组化方法测定成骨细胞中TGF β1 和IGF 1的表达情况 ,用HPIAS - 1 0 0 0图象分析仪对各组表达进行定量分析。结果　麦胚提取物培养的大鼠第 3代成骨细胞的TGF β1 和IGF 1呈阳性表达 ,麦胚提取物组的TGF - β1 和IGF 1平均光密度都显著高于阴性对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,但与阳性对照组比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5)。结论　麦胚乙醇提取物可增强新生大鼠成骨细胞TGF β1 和IGF 1的表达

Effect of wheat embryo extract on TGF-β1 and IGF-1 expression of cultured osteoblasts in rat

Objective To study the effect of wheat embryo extract on transforming growth factor(TGF)?β 1 and insulin-like growth factor(IGF)?1 expression of cultured osteoblasts in rat.Methods The osteoblastic cells from cranial bone of newborn rat was cultured. The immunohisto chemistry method was used to detect the effect of wheat embryo extract on TGF?β 1 and IGF?1 expression of cultured osteoblasts. The expression level was monitored with HPIAS_1000 photograph analyzer.Results The TGF?β 1 and IGF?1 of third cultured osteoblasts cultured with wheat embryo extract showed positive expression.The TGF?β 1 and IGF?1 positive expression of wheat embryo extract group was higher significantly than negative control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but no significant difference compared with positive control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The wheat embryo extract may increase the TGF?β 1 and IGF?1 positive expression of cultured osteoblasts in rat.
