糖尿病动物模型研究进展

综述糖尿病动物模型研究进展,并对目前科研中常用的糖尿病动物模型制备方法、机制进行综述,并简略评价其优缺点。目前国内外糖尿病动物模型的制备方法很多,各有其特点,大体可以分为实验性糖尿病动物模型、自发性糖尿病模型等。其研究的不断进展,为深入探讨糖尿病病因、病机及其药物治疗提供了借鉴。

Advancement in diabetes animal models

To summarize the advancement of diabetes animal models,and the preparation methods and mechanism of diabetes animal models.The advantage and disadvantage of each method were reviewed respectively.There were many methods in establishing the induced animal models of diabetes with their own characters individually now.The animal methods of diabetes mellitus currently available have two categories:experimental diabetes animal model and spontaneous diabetes animal model.The research progress on animal models of diabetes mellitus could facilitate the further exploration on the etiology,pathogenesis and drug therapy of diabetes mellitus.
