肺癌痰液脱落细胞学检查——附164例分析

本文收集了219例可疑肺癌患者的痰涂片标本。其中检出164例肺癌,检出率为75%:有 x 线对照者103例。本文讨论了痰液标本的采集方法及阳性率较高的痰液性状。在164例肺癌中,鳞癌64例(占39%);腺癌59例(占36%);小细胞未分化癌30例(占19%);未定型癌11例(占6%)。其中小细胞肺癌易于误诊,予后最差,在诊断时要予以重视。供临床工作者提出治疗意见和正确估计予后参考。

Examination of Cast—off Cells from Sputum of Lung Cancer Patients:An Analysis of 164 Cases

In this article,219 cases suspectable lung Cancer examined from 1983 to 1986 were reported.Examination of Cast-off cells in sputum was performed by the way of sputum smear.164 cases with lung cancre were diagnosed and the postitive rate was 75 percent in this series,Among of them,103 cases were diagnoxed by X-ray and 25 cases were diagnesed by histolugy simultaneosly.Pathological types of lung cancer including adenoc- arcinoma 59 cases(36%),squamosumcarcinoma 64 cases(39%),undifferential small cell lung cancer 30 cases(19%)and unclassified cancer 11 cases(6%)were confirmed. It is pointed that small cell cancer is easy to mistakes diagnoseand that it's prognosis is poor.The improving of sputum collect methods and sputum properties gained a higher positive rate were discussed.
