米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠30例

目的探讨米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤治疗异位妊娠的疗效及不良反应。方法60例异位妊娠患者随机分为米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤组(观察组)和单用甲氨蝶呤组(对照组),对2组疗效及不良反应进行比较。结果观察组治愈率93.33%,对照组治愈率86.67%,2组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。观察组血β-HCG值在用药后5 d即开始下降,对照组于10 d开始明显下降,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组(13.33%)不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(33.33%,P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤治疗异位妊娠安全有效。

Mifepristone combined methotrexate for treatment of 30 cases of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To explore the curative effect and adverse drug reaction of mifepristone combined methotrexate for treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Sixty caces of ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with mifepristone combined methotrexate and the control group was treated with mifepristone singly.The effect and adverse drug reaction were compared.Results The cure rating of observation group and control group were 93.33% and 86.67% respectively.There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The serum human chorionic-gonadotropin(β-HCG) was declined remarkably after 5 d treatment in observation group and after 10 d treatment in control group,there was obvious difference between two groups(P<0.05).The adverse drug effect in observation group(13.33%) was lower than that in control group(33.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined methotrexate in treatment of ectopic pregnancy was effective and safe.
