| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清对脐带间充质干细胞体外培养的影响。方法将人脐带间充质干细胞分别培养在不含血清、含灭活血清和含未灭活血清的低糖达尔伯克改良伊格尔培养基(L-DMEM)中。每天用显微镜观察脐带间充质干细胞在3种培养基中的生长情况,并计算细胞总数、统计细胞成活率。结果脐带间充质干细胞在含未灭活血清的L-DMEM中生长状况最好,在不含血清的L-DMEM中生长状况最差。结论含未灭活血清的L-DMEM是脐带间充质干细胞体外培养的最佳培养基。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of serum on umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells in vitro culture.Methods Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells were cultured in low glucose-Dulbecco′s modified Eagle′s medium(L-DMEM) without serum,plus the inactivated serum and activated serum,separately.Umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells in these three mediums were observed with a microscope every day,each cell number was calculated,and cell survival rate was statisticsed.Results Umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell growth was best in L-DMEM which plus the activated serum,and worst in which without serum.Conclusion L-DMEM plus the activated serum is the best medium for the umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell culture in vitro. |
