细胞印片与快速石蜡切片在乳腺肿块病理诊断中的应用

目的　探讨细胞印片及快速石蜡切片在乳腺肿块病理诊断中的应用价值。方法　选 117例乳腺肿块术中快速病检病例 ,进行细胞印片及快速石蜡切片诊断 ,并进行对照分析。结果　细胞印片制片时间 5min ,确诊率 97.4 % ;快速石蜡制片时间 2 0～ 2 5min ,确诊率99.1%。结论　细胞印片制片时间短 ,可用于乳腺肿块或其他肿瘤的术中快速病理诊断 ,必要时结合快速石蜡切片诊断

Application of cell ular printing slice and rapid paraffin embedded section of pathological diagnosis in breast carcinoma

Objective To explore application of cell printing slice and rapid paraffin embedded section in pathological diagnosis in breast carcinoma.Methods One hundred seventeen cases conducted rapid pathological test in the operation of breast tumours.The slides were diagnosed with cell printing slice and rapid paraffin embedded section and the findings were analysed and compared.Results The time of prepared the printing slid was 5min and its diagnosis rate was 97.4%.It is for 20～25?min to make rapid paraffin section,and the diagnosis rate was 99.1%.Conclusinos Cell printing slice needs short time to develop and can be used to perform rapid pathological diagnosis in breast carcinoma and other cancers. If necessary,it can be combined with rapid paraffin section.
