| 摘 要： | 目的观察水针刀与小针刀治疗颈源性头痛(CEH)的疗效。方法85例CEH分为水针刀组(n=43)和小针刀组(n=42),观察近期疗效和远期疗效并进行比较。结果2组患者症状均有一定程度的改善。水针刀组和小针刀组近期治愈率分别为62.79%和40.48%,远期治愈率分别为25.58%和20.93%,2组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论水针刀治疗CEH疗效优于小针刀。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of injection needle scalpel and needle-scalpel in cervicogenic headache(CHE).Methods Eighty-five patients with cervicogenic headache were divided randomly into two groups.Forty-three patients were treated with injection needle scalpel and forty-two patients were treated with needle scalpel.Then the short term and long-term curative effects were observed.Results The symptom of all the patients had a certain extent mend.There were significant differences in short-term and long-term cure rates between the injection needle scalpel group(62.79%,25.58%) and the small needle scalpel group(40.48%,20.93%,P<0.01).Conclusion The curative effect of the injection needle scalpel is superior to the small needle scalpel in CHE. |
