| 摘 要： | 目的了解天津市居民高血压病的患病率、知晓率、服药率和控制状况,为预防和控制高血压病提供依据。方法采用入户调查的方法对被入选的社区居民开展有关高血压病的患病情况、知晓、治疗和控制情况的调查。结果共调查2 856人,男性的血压水平高于女性(P<0.01);高血压的患病率为34.63%,男性患高血压病人数高于女性(P<0.01);女性处于理想血压的比例(27.70%)高于男性(15.32%,P<0.01)。血压异常者中1级高血压占总人群17.12%;高血压病患者知晓率为54.70%,服药率为23.56%,血压控制率为14.76%。结论天津市高血压病的患病率较高,而知晓率、服药率和控制率相对较低,需要对高血压病进行综合防治。
