| 摘 要： | 目的 研究怀地黄茎尖培养技术 ,为怀地黄茎尖脱毒苗建立最佳培养条件。方法 利用植物组织培养技术 ,将怀地黄茎尖分别在不同组合的培养基上进行培养 ,诱导其成为完整植株。结果 怀地黄茎尖在MS +6 -BA0 .3mg·L-1+NAA0 .0 2mg .L-1+GA0 .1mg·L-1培养基上能生长成健壮苗 ;在MS +PP3 3 3 1培养基上能生成健壮根系 ,长成完全小植株。结论 利用怀地黄茎尖在合适的培养基上 ,能再生出完整的植株 |

| Abstract: | Objective The aim was studieson the effects of objective different plant hormones upon shoot- tip culture and plantlets regeneration of Rehmannia glutinosa.Method Using the biotechnology and plant tissue culture, the shoot-tip of Rehmannia glutinosa was cultured onto different media and formed regenerated plantlets.Result The shoot- tip of Rehmannia glutinosa was regenerated to form bud when it was cultured on ms basic medium with 6-BA 0.3mg·L -1 ,NAA 0.02mg·L -1 and GA 0.1mg·L -1 ;Roots could be induced when these buds were transplanted onto ms basic medium supplementedwith PP 333 1 mg·L -1 .Conclusion The shoot-tip of Rehmannia glutinosa could be regenerated to from plantlet using proper medium. |
