城乡癔症患者临床特征差别对比

目的探讨城乡癔症患者的临床特征及差异。方法82例癔症患者分为城市组30例和农村组52例,对比分析2组癔症患者的发病年龄、文化程度、发病诱因、临床症状及预后等。结果2组性别结构、发病年龄、婚姻结构、病前性格及起病形式比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);农村组文化程度明显低于城市组(P<0.001);城市组主要症状为情感爆发者所占比例明显高于农村组(P<0.05),而农村组主要症状为朦胧及附体状态者所占比例明显高于城市组(P<0.05),2组其他临床症状比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗有效率比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论城乡癔症患者临床特征有差异,护理对策应以心理治疗为主,并辅以药物护理。

Difference of clinical features in patient with hysteria between city and rural

Objective To explore the difference of clinical features in patients with hysteria between city and rural.Methods Eighty-two patients with hysteria were divided into the city group（n=30） and the rural group（n=52）.The onset ages,educational degree,inducements,clinical symptoms and prognosis were analyzed between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in sex,age,marital condition,character before disease and onset（P〉0.05）.The educational levels of rural group was lower than the city group（P〈0.001）.The patients with symptom of emotional outbreak in city group were higher than the rural group.The patients with symptom of dim and possessed in rural group were higher than the city group（P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences in other symptoms between the two groups（P〉0.05）.There was no significant difference of effective rates between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The results suggested that there are the differences of clinical features in patients hysteria between city and rural.Psychological therapy may be the main treatment method and supplemented by drug therapy.
