依达拉奉治疗急性进展型脑梗死的疗效观察

目的观察依达拉奉治疗急性进展型脑梗死的疗效。方法88例发病时间在72 h内、病情呈进展性加重的脑梗死患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组44例,对照组给予巴曲酶、奥扎格雷钠治疗,观察组在此基础上加用依达拉奉治疗。比较2组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分、临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分较对照组显著改善(P<0.01),观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应。结论依达拉奉治疗急性进展型脑梗死安全有效。

Curative effect of edaravone injection on acute progressive cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the effects of edaravone injection for treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty-eight patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction who falled ill within 72 hour were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=44).The patients in control group were treated with batroxobin Injection and sodium ozagrel,based on this,the patients in observation group were treated with edaravone injecttion.The neurologic impairment grade and the clinic curative effect were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with control group,neurologic impairment was more improved after treatment(P<0.01),and the total efficiency was higher(P<0.05),and there was no obvious adverse effect in observation group.Conclusion Using edaravone injection to treat patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction is safe and effective.
