电子计算机与计量诊断技术在食管脱落细胞学中的应用

摘    要:本文在食管脱落细胞学研究的基础上,将食管鳞状上皮的正常、轻增、重增、早期癌细胞的最大直径、胞核直径、核膜厚度、核仁大小及辨别核形态、核染色质的状态等主要诊断指标计量,经数理统计分析,应用电子计算机,对所观察的食管鳞状上皮细胞的性质进行计量诊断。经试测,可靠性达100%,两年来的临床实践,效果满意。所用微型和袖珍电子计算机,价廉、体积小、易于操作、性能可靠,不失为细胞学计量诊断较为理想的工具。本文研究结果表明,食管鳞状上皮细胞的计量诊断及在电子计算机上的应用,为今后其他组织学、细胞学科学研究和诊断开辟了广阔前景。

Applicatoion of compute and counting guantity diagnosis in esophageal cytology
Abstract:On the basis of researoh of the esophageal cytology, we counted the quantities to the main diagnostic index of the most diame ter of cells and the cellular nucleus, the thickness of nuclear membrane, the nucleolar size, disting uishing nucleolar shape and the state of nucleolar etc, which include the normal cell,the slight hyperplasia cell,the serious hyperplasia cell,the serious hyperplasia cell the early stage of carcinomou cell of the esophageal sguamous epithelia. Then by means of mathematical and statistical analysis with a computer,we made out the counting guantity diagnosis to the Quality of esophageal sguamous epithelia which had been observed under microscope. The accuracy of the diagnostic result reached 100% The effect was satisfactory in the clinical practice for recent two years. The micro—computer and the pocket computer, we adopted are cheap,small in size, very easy to operate and reliable foundation, it is obvious that this type of computers is an ideal instrument for counting quantity diagnosis of cytology. The result of this acticle shows that the counting diagnosis of the esophageal sguamous cell and use in the computers has opened up a wide prospect for the future research and diagnosis of other seciences(histology and cytology etc.)
