| 摘 要： | 目的探讨交锁髓内钉治疗四肢长骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法应用交锁髓内钉治疗176例(189处)四肢长骨干骨折,观察其疗效并进行随访。结果174例骨折愈合,骨折愈合时间平均(21.6±7.2)周。术后疗效评价:肱骨干骨折术后优良率为100%,股骨干骨折术后优良率为90.63%,胫骨干骨折术后优良率为92.78%。结论交锁髓内钉是治疗四肢长骨干骨折的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effects of interlocking intramedullary nails for long bone shaft fractures of limbs.Methods 176 patients with 189 places of long bone shaft fractures of limbs were treated with interlocking intramedullary nails and their outcomes were reviewed retrospectively.Results After the operation,174 patients achieved clinical union in average（21.6±7.2）weeks.The excellent rate of fracture of shaft of humerus was 100%,and the excellent rate of fracture of shaft of thighbone and tibia were 90.63% and 92.78% post-operation respectively.Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nails are effective method for long bone shaft fractures of limbs. |
