| 摘 要： | 目的观察苯巴比妥治疗早产儿黄疸的疗效。方法对照组给予光疗和茵枙黄注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予苯巴比妥5 mg.kg-1.d-1,分3次口服,疗程7 d。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组经皮胆红素值和高胆红素血症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论苯巴比妥治疗早产儿黄疸疗效好,可以降低患儿血胆红素浓度,降低早产儿高胆红素血症的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observer the effect of phenobarbital in preterm infant with jaundice.Methods Phototherapy and yinzhihuang injection were used in control group,based on the control group,5 mg·kg-1·d-1 phenobarbital was used in treatment group,three times a day for seven days as a course of treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than those of control group(P<0.01),and the value of per cutem bilirubin and incidence of hyperbilirubinemia were significantly lower than those of control group.(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Curative effect of phenobarbital in preterm infant with jaundice is good.It can reduce the patient's concentration of hemobilirubin and the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia in preterm infant. |
