青少年女学生试验减肥的医务监督

目的观察医务监督在青少年女学生试验减肥过程中的作用。方法抽取单纯性肥胖青少年女学生120例,试验组60例,采取有氧运动、合理饮食、心理矫正和医务监督等疗法;对照组60例采取有氧运动、合理饮食、心理矫正疗法。10个月后判断疗效。结果试验组女学生减肥过程中不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组,试验后试验组的体重、BMI、运动能力、血糖、血脂的变化与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论医务监督可提高减肥效果,为青少年女学生正确、合理的减肥、促进身心全面发展有重要意义。

Medical supervision on weight reduction in adolescent girl students

Objective To investigate the effects of medical supervision in the course of weight reduction of adolescent girl students.Methods One hundred and twenty adolescent girl students with simple obesity were divided into two groups.Comprehensive measures composed of the aerobic exercise,reasonable diet,mental rectification and medical monitoring were performed in the observation group(60 cases).Comprehensive measures composed of the aerobic exercise,reasonable diet and mental rectification were performed in the observation group(60 cases).Results The incidence of side effects in observation group was obviously lower than that in control group.The changes of level of weight、BMI、sport capacity、blood glucose、blood fat in observation group were obvious differences compared with those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical supervision can improve effects of weight reduction of adolescent girl students and provide scientific basis for right and reasonable scheme of weight reduction,and it plays an important role in promoting their physical and mental development.
