| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同龄家兔扁桃体的免疫功能。方法对２１ｄ、４２ｄ及成年家兔各１０只使用台盼蓝腹腔注射行活体染色，６ｄ后取扁桃体、淋巴结、脾、胸腺进行检查，对结果进行统计学分析。结果发现幼年家兔扁桃体吞噬功能明显强于成年家兔（Ｐ＜００５），具有同淋巴结、脾脏一样清除侵入体内异物的功能。结论幼年家兔扁桃体在全身免疫中有一定的作用。

Methods Thirty rabbits with 21d,42d after birth and adult were divided three groupsEvery group
concluded observation group(8 rabbits) and control group(2 rabbits)Six days later,the palatine
tonsil,lymph nodes,spleen and thymus were examinedResults were anlysized by statistic
method Results The phagocytosis of infantile rabbit's tonsil is dramaticully stronger than
adult's(P<005) Conclusion The infantile rabbit's tonsil perphaps could eliminate foreign
invaders,and play some voles in general immunity |
