| 摘 要： | 目的增进脑卒中偏瘫患者的舒适度,提高生存质量。方法对162例脑卒中偏瘫患者早期进行溶栓、抗凝治疗或加用活血化瘀药物,同时给予人文关怀和个性化康复护理,并进行随访调查。结果随访6个月,134例患者能行走,81例患者日常生活自理,49例患者恢复工作,159例患者对护理工作表示满意,满意度为98.15%。结论对脑卒中偏瘫患者进行早期人文关怀和康复护理,能尽早恢复患者的功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the level of comfort and living quality of hemiplegics.Methods One hundred and sixty-two patients with stroke and were treated by thrombolysis,anticoagution or plus activating blood circulation to dissipate stasis.in addition,the human caring and special rehabilitation nursing were conducted.Results Among the 162 cases,134 cases were able to walk by oneself,81 cases can take care of themselves and 49 cases can do certain jobs again.Among 162 hemiplegia patients,159 cases considered satisfaction for nursing work,the degree of satisfaction wad 98.15%.Conclusion Patients with the human caring and special rehabilitation nursing can help to recovery. |
