鼻息肉电动切割器在中鼻甲成形术中的应用

目的探讨鼻息肉电动切割器在中鼻甲成形术中的应用价值。方法将380例患者按术中中鼻甲成形术处理方式不同分为2组。观察组256例,应用鼻息肉电动切割器行中鼻甲成形术;对照组124例,常规方法行中鼻甲成形术。术后比较2组的治愈率、总有效率及术腔黏连情况。结果观察组治愈率94.92%,总有效率97.27%,术后鼻腔黏连发生率3.13%;对照组治愈率87.10%,总有效率92.74%,术后鼻腔黏连发生率9.68%。2组比较,总有效率有显著性差异(2χ=4.238,P<0.05),治愈率有极显著性差异(2χ=7.256,P<0.01),鼻腔黏连发生率有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论应用鼻息肉电动切割器行中鼻甲成形术是鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术中妥善处理中鼻甲病变的一种理想方法。

The application of nasal polyp electrical cutterbar on middle conchoplasty

Objective To study the meaning of application of nasal polyp electrical cutterbar on middle conchoplasty.Methods 380 patients with were divided into two groups based on the different treatment way in middle conchoplasty.256 cases in observation group were given middle conchoplasty with nasal polyp electrical cutterbar.124 cases in the control group were given middle conchoplasty with traditional method.The cure rate,total effective rate and the condition of nasal cavity adhesion were compared between two groups after operation.Results In observation group,the cure rate was 94.92%,the total effective rate was 97.27%,the incidence of nasal cavity adhesion was 3.13%.In control group,the cure rate was 87.10%,the total effective rate was 92.74%,the incidence of nasal cavity adhesion was 9.68%.Compared with two groups,there were significant difference in total effective rate(χ2=4.238,P<0.05),cure rate(χ2=7.256,P<0.01)and the incidence of nasal cavity adhesion(P<0.001).Conclusion Nasal polyp electrical cutterbar on middle conchoplasty is ideal method to treat middle concha pathological changes during operation on nasal sinus with endoscope.
