肺动脉高压血浆内皮素-1和一氧化氮水平变化及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨肺动脉高压患者血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)和一氧化氮(NO)水平变化及临床意义。方法选择88例肺动脉高压患者(观察组)和30例健康体检者(对照组),抽取空腹静脉血4 mL分别测定ET-1和NO,并进行对照比较。结果观察组血浆ET-1水平为(108.04±21.11)ng.L-1,对照组为(52.52±16.00)ng.L-1,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组和对照组NO水平分别为(88.26±25.28)μmol.L-1和(128.16±38.36)μmol.L-1,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01);且ET-1和NO水平与病情程度呈明显相关(P<001)。结论肺动脉高压患者血浆ET-1水平显著增高,NO水平显著降低,且与病情程度呈明显相关性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the variation of plasma Endothlin(ET^-1) and Nitric oxide(NO) in patients with pulmonary hypertension.Methods Concentrations of Endothlin 、Nitric oxide were determined in patients with pulmonary hypertension group(88 cases) and control group(30 cases).Results Concentration of ET^-1 in observation group(108.04±21.11)ng·L^-1 was higher than that in control group(52.52±16.00)ng·L^-1(P〈0.01),and NO concentration in observation group(88.26±25.28)μmol·L^-1 was lower than that in control group(128.16±38.36)μmol·L^-1(P〈0.01).Conclusion The levels of ET^-1 in pulmonary hypertension patients are higher,while NO are lower.ET^-1 levels increase and NO levels decrease with severity of pulmonary hypertension.
