VEGF和PCNA在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测69例食管鳞癌及10例正常食管组织中VEGF和PCNA的表达情况。结果在食管鳞癌中VEGF和PCNA的阳性表达率显著高于正常食管组织(P<0.05)。VEGF在食管鳞癌中的表达与浸润深度和有无淋巴结转移有显著相关性(P<0.05)。PCNA在食管鳞癌中的表达与分化程度、浸润深度和有无淋巴结转移均有显著相关性(P<0.05)。VEGF表达与PCNA表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论VEGF和PCNA的表达与食管鳞癌的发生发展密切相关,可作为判断食管癌的恶性程度、预测淋巴结转移趋势和预后评估的一项重要指标。

Expressions and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical staining(S-P method) was used to detect VEGF and PCNA expressions in 69 cases of esophageal carcinoma and 10 cases of normal esophageal mucoma.Results The positive expression rates of VEGF and PCNA were 68.1% and 71.0% in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma respectively.There was a significantly difference between esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and normal esophageal mucoma(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF was related to the depth of invasion and the metastasis of lymph node(P<0.05).A dramatic correlation has been found in the expression of PCNA to the degrees of differentiation,the depth of invasion and the metastasis of lymph node(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF was positively correlated with the expression of PCNA(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of VEGF and PCNA have a close relationship with the carcinogenesis and the development of esophageal carcinoma,and might be an important marker in assessing the degrees of differentiation,predicting the metastasis of lymph node and evaluating the prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
