盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入佐治婴幼儿肺炎疗效观察

目的观察盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法在综合治疗的基础上,治疗组60例肺炎患儿给予盐酸氨溴索7.5 mg加入生理盐水20 mL超声雾化吸入,每日2次;对照组60例给予糜蛋白酶2 000 u加入生理盐水20 mL超声雾化吸入,每日2次;疗程均为7 d。结果治疗组总有效率(90.0%)明显高于对照组(61.6%,P<0.01)。治疗组在咳嗽、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间较对照组短(P<0.01)。结论盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿肺炎见效快,操作简便,无明显副作用。

Therapeutic effect of inhaling ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of infants with bronchopneumonia

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation in treatment of infants with bronchopneumonia.Methods Base on combined therapy,sixty infants in treatment group were treated with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride 7.5 mg and normal sodium 20 mL,sixty infants in control group were treated with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation of chymotrypsin 2000u and normal sodium 20 mL,twice a day,for 7 days.Results The total effective rate of treatment group(90.0%) was higher obviously than this of control group(61.6%,P<0.01).The extinction time of cough and pneumonic rales,and the length of stay in treatment group were shorter than these in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Using ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation to treat infants with bronchopneumonia is effective and convenient without obvious side effect.
