| 摘 要： | 目的了解哺乳动物性别决定基因的作用与功能。方法查阅本领域国内外文献并进行综述。结果SRY、SOX9、WT1、SF1、AMH及DAX1等基因都参与哺乳动物性别决定。结论性别决定基因的研究对性分化与发育异常等临床疾病的诊断和治疗具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the function of sex-determining gene of the mammal.Methods Some domestic and foreign latest articles in the subjects were searched and reviewed.Results The SRY,SOX9,WT1,SF1,AMH and DAX1 genes participated in the mammal sex determination.Conclusion The research of the sex-determining gene play a important role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as the sex-differentiation ,sex hypoplasia and so on. |
