| 摘 要： | 目的观察带锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨多段骨折的效果。方法采用股骨PFN钉、股骨带锁髓内钉、股骨髁上钉或胫骨带锁髓内钉治疗股骨或胫骨多段骨折43例,观察骨折愈合及并发症发生情况。结果所有病例骨折愈合良好,骨折愈合时间4.5~11个月,平均6.7个月,2例发生膝关节活动轻度受限,1例发生髋内翻。结论带锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨多段骨折效果可靠、并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of locking intramedullary nails for multi-segmental fractures of lower limbs.Methods Thirty cases of multi-segmental femur fracture and 13cases of multi-segmental tibia fracture was treated with intramedullary nails,and the healing time and complications were observed.Results All the 43 fractures healed in 4.5 to 11 months and without malformed and delay union.Limitation of activity of tree goint in 2 patients and coxa flexa in 1 patient were developed.Conclusion Treatment of multi-segmental fractures of lower limbs with locking intramedullary nails is a perfect method,with the characteristic of better effect and little complication. |
