ACTH加氮芥短程治疗小儿复发性肾病综合征

研究目的探讨小儿复发性肾病综合征有效的治疗方法。研究背景目前,对小儿肾病综合征的治疗仍以强的松加环磷酰胺为主,疗效不十分理想,复发率高。为解决这一问题,我们试用了ACTH加氮芥治疗小儿肾病综合征。研究方法 54例患儿随机分为两组,观察组36例,以ACTH加氮芥治疗,对照组18例,以强的松加环磷酰胺治疗。对治疗结果进行统计学处理。结果治疗后观察组各项主要指标(水肿、蛋白尿、胆固醇和血浆白蛋白)的恢复优于对照组。观察组和对照组完全缓解率分别为94.1％和66.7％(P<0.01)。结论 ACTH加氮芥治疗小儿肾病综合征效果优于强的松加环磷酰胺。

ACTH and nitrogen mustard for children's re-currence nephrotic syndrome: a short course therapy

Objective To search for the effective therapy for children's frequent-relapsing nephrotoic syndrome. Background At present, prednisone and cytoxan are still used to treat children's nephrotic syndrome. The effect is not satisfactory, and the relapsing rate is high. To solve the problem, we try to use ACTH and nitrogen mustard ( HN-2 ) to treat children's nephrotic syndrome. Methods Fifty-four child patients were randomly divided into two groups, 36 cases in observation group and 18 in control group. The patients in observation group were treated by ACTH and HN-2, but prednisone and cytoxan for the patients in control group. Statistical analysis was carried out for therapeutic effect. Results After treatment, the restoration of major targets ( edema, proteinuria, cholesterol and plasma protein ) in observation group is better than that in control group. The complete remission rates of observation group and control group are 94.1% and 66.7% (P<0.01) respectively. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of ACTH and HN-2 for children's nephrotic syndrome is better than prednisone and cytoxan.
