| 摘 要： | 目的探讨川芎嗪对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者的全血黏度及红细胞聚集指数的影响。方法将110例ACI患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组行常规的治疗方法,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用川芎嗪注射液,测定2组治疗前后血液中全血黏度和红细胞聚集指数。结果2组治疗后全血黏度及红细胞聚集指数与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪能显著降低ACI患者全血黏度及红细胞聚集指数。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of ligustrazine on blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods One hundred and ten patients with ACI were randomly divided into observation group and control group,55 cases in each group.The control group was performed with conventional treatment,and the ligustrazine injection was used additionally on the basis of conventional treatment in observation group.Blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index were observed pre-and post-treatment in two groups.Results There was significant difference in blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in two groups between pre-treatment and post-treatment(P<0.05),the improved degree was far better in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazine can markedly decrease the blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in patients with ACI. |
