| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用临床路径管理腹膜透析患者的临床效果。方法选取25例腹膜透析患者为观察组,25例腹膜透析患者为对照组。观察组应用临床路径进行管理,对照组则按常规的工作模式进行工作。结果观察组患者对腹膜透析治疗的依从性明显高于对照组,腹膜透析并发症发生率及再入院率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用临床路径管理可明显提高患者对腹膜透析治疗的依从性,减少腹透感染的机会,减少医疗费用的开支,提高了患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of application of clinical pathway in health education for patients with peritoneal dialysis.Methods Fifty patients with peritoneal dialysis were divided into observation(n=25)and control group(n=25).Patients in observation group were managed by clinical pathway,patients in control group were managed by routine mode.Results Compliance to peritoneal dialysis in patients of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group.Incidence of complication of peritoneal dialysis and readmission in observation group was obviously lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Clinical pathway can improve compliance of patients to peritoneal dialysis,reduce the opportunity of infection and cost of hospitalization and improve quality of life of patients. |
