妊娠合并恶性肿瘤误诊漏诊原因分析

目的探讨妊娠合并恶性肿瘤的常见误诊漏诊原因。方法对2008年1月至2010年12月在深圳市人民医院产科分娩的6例妊娠合并恶性肿瘤患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果总分娩人数15 216例,妊娠合并恶性肿瘤6例,发病率0.04%,其中肺癌2例,鼻咽癌1例,乳腺癌1例,宫颈癌1例,1例转移性肝癌原发部位不详,6例确诊时均为中晚期病变,其中5例曾有漏诊和误诊情况,漏诊误诊率83.33%。结论妊娠合并恶性肿瘤漏诊误诊率高,应高度重视早期异常情况,提高妊娠合并恶性肿瘤的早期诊断率,改善产妇预后。

Analysis of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of malignant tumors with pregnancy

Objective To investigate the common reasons of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis on malignant tumors with pregnancy.Methods The clinical data of six pregnant women with malignant tumor labored at the department of obstetrics in Shenzhen people′s hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Six women suffered from malignant tumor among 15 216 pregnant women and the incidence was 0.04%.Two cases with lung cancers,one with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,one with cervical cancer,one with breast cancer and one with liver cancer of metastasis.These six malignant tumor patients were diagnosed in middle or late stage and 5 of them were delayed and the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis was 83.33%.Conclusion The rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of malignant tumor with pregnancy is very high.More attention should be paid on the early abnormal symptom of pregnant women to improve the early diagnosis and prognosis of malignant tumor.
