冠心病患者血清脂类、胆红素及尿酸水平分析

目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血清脂类、胆红素和尿酸(UA)浓度的变化及其临床意义。方法检测63例CHD患者血清总胆红素(TB)、直接胆红素(DB)、间接胆红素(IB)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、脂蛋白(a)Lp(a)]和UA并与对照组60例健康者进行比较。结果CHD组血清TB和IB明显低于对照组(P<0.05),2组DB差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CHD组血清UA、TC、TG、LDL-C及Lp(a)明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),而HDL-C低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血清脂类和UA水平升高、胆红素水平降低是CHD发病的危险因素,测定血清脂类、UA和胆红素对CHD诊断有临床价值。

Analysis of serum lipids ,bilirubins and uric acid levels in patients with the coronary heart diseases

Objective To investigate the changes of serum lipids, bilirubins and uric acid （UA） levels in patients with the coronary heart diseases （CHD）. Methods The serum UA, total bilirubin （ TB）, direct bilirubin （ DB ）, indirect bilirubin （ IB ） and serum lipids such as total cholesterol （ TC ） , triglyceride （ TG ） , high density lipoprotein-cholesterol （ HDL-C ） , low density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C） and lipoprotein （a） Lp （a）] of 63 patients with the coronary heart diseases and 60 healthy people （control group） were examined and compared by t test. Results Compared with the control group, TB and IB descended evidently in CHD group （ P 〈 O. 05 ） and there was no statistic difference on DB between two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; Serum UA ,TC ,TG ,LDL-C and Lp（a） levels increased evidently（P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0. O1 ） as HDL-C levels descended significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ） in CHD group compared with control group. Conclusion The lower serum concentration of bilirubins,higher lipids and UA levels are the risk factors of CHD. Determination of serum lipids,UA and bilirubin contribute to the diagnosis of CHD.
