| 摘 要： | 目的探讨认知心理治疗合并5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂对脑卒中患者抑郁情绪和认知功能的影响。方法将84例脑卒中患者随机分为5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂治疗组(A组)和认知心理治疗合并5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂治疗组(B组),在治疗前后分别对2组患者进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定和事件相关电位(ERP)测定,并将结果加以比较。结果住院1周内首次评定2组HAMD及ERP结果差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6周后再次评定时,2组ERP中N2、P3波潜伏期较首次缩短,P3波幅升高,同时HAMD评定分值较首次降低,但B组ERP及HAMD评定分值改变更为明显,2组比较差别具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论认知心理治疗合并5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂联合应用可较好改善脑卒中患者的抑郁情绪和认知功能,对促进其预后和康复有一定临床应用价值。 |
