| 摘 要： | 目的研究姬姆萨对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法将20只小鼠随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组用静置后的自来水喂食,实验组用含1%原液的姬姆萨喂食液喂食,10 d后检测两组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内酸性磷酸酶活性的变化。结果与对照组相比,实验组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内棕黄色沉淀明显减少,图像分析显示平均密度下降(P<0.05)。结论姬姆萨对小鼠的免疫功能有抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of Giemsa on the immunological function in mice.Methods Twenty mice were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.Mice in the control group was fed with tap water and mice in the experimental group with 1% Giemsa for 10 days,and the changes of acid phosphatase(ACP) activity in peritoneal macrophage(PMΦ) was detected in two groups.Results Compared with the control group,buffy sediment was found in peritoneal macrophage,image analysis of the activity of ACP demonstrated decreased average density(P<0.05).Conclusion Giemsa plays a role in inhibition of immunological function in mice. |
