黄芪丹参甘草等中药对大鼠肺纤维化的影响

目的　研究黄芪、丹参、甘草等中药对博莱霉素所致大鼠肺纤维化的阻抑作用。方法　将７２只ＳＤ大鼠一次性气管内注入博莱霉素Ａ５ 复制肺纤维化模型，次日随机分为３ 组，分别为模型组（ｎ＝２４） 、泼尼松组（ｎ＝ ２４） 和中药组（ｎ＝ ２４） ，另２４ 只大鼠作为对照组。测定分析各组给药后第７ 、１４、２８ｄ肺组织内羟脯氨酸、脂质过氧化物含量、组织病理学变化以及比较各组第２８ｄ 肺系数。结果　中药组及泼尼松组各期肺组织脂质过氧化物及羟脯氨酸含量均较模型组明显降低（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５ 或Ｐ＜ ０．０１），肺系数明显减少（ Ｐ＜０ ．０１），肺组织病理学显示肺泡炎及肺纤维化程度均明显减轻，其中中药组优于泼尼松组。结论　黄芪、丹参、甘草等中药联合应用对肺间质纤维化具有良好的防治作用。

Effects of herbal medicine including astragalus membranaceus, salvia miltiorrhiza and glycyrrhiza uralensis on pulmonary fibrosis in rats

Objective To investigate the depression of astragalus membranaceus, salvia miltiorrhiza and glycyrrhiza uralensis et cetera on the bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats.Methods Seventy-two SD rats were replicated into pulmonary fibrosis models by intratracheal injections of bleomycin A 5 in one lump and divided into 3 groups randomly:untreated model group(n=24), prednisone group(n=24), herbal medicine group(n=24) and other twenty-four rats were control gruop,then different drugs were given to different gruops.The lipid peroxides and hydroxy procline(HP) contents in lung tissues and histopathologic changes of the lung of the rats of each gruop were assayed on the 7th,14th and 28th day after the injections, and the lung coefficients of the rats were compared between gruops on the 28th day.Results The lipid peroxides and HP contents of herbal medicine gruop and prednisone gruop were obviously lower than those of model group at all phases(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and so were the lung coefficients of the two gruops(P<0.01); besides, the degree of alveolitis and fibrosis of the lung studied by histopathology in the two gruops was lower than that in the model gruop.Of the two medicines,herbal medicine was superior to prednisone.Conclusion The united use of herbal medicine including astragalus membranaceus, salvia miltiorrhiza and glycyrrhiza uralensis have a good preventive and curative effects on pulmonary fibrosis.
