鼻源性眼球突出症相关因素分析

目的探讨由鼻部病变所致眼球突出症的相关因素及诊治方法。方法对89例鼻源性眼球突出症患者行鼻窦及鼻窦、眼眶横位+冠状位CT,28例加做MRI检查,肿瘤行病理检查。结果89例中良性肿瘤70例,恶性肿瘤19例。病变部位:鼻窦85例、鼻腔3例、鼻咽腔1例。首发症状:眼球突出31例,CT检查阳性率为100%。结论鼻窦良性肿瘤是导致眼球突出的主要原因,观察眼球突出移位的情况,有助于寻找肿瘤原发部位。多学科联合诊治对提高鼻源性眼球突出症的早期诊断和综合治疗水平有重要意义。

Relative factors of rhinogenous exophthalmia

Objective To explore related factors,diagnosis and therapy of exophthalmia induced by nasal lesion.Methods Eighty-nine patients with rhinogenous exophthalmia were performed with computer tomography(CT) of accessory nasal cavity,accessory nasal cavity or fossa orbitalis in the horizontal position plus coronal position.Twenty-eight were conducted with combination of MRI examination.Tumors were examined pathologically.Results Among of 89 cases,70 cases were benign,19 cases were malignant.Lesion location: 85 cases in nasal sinus,3 cases in nasal cavity and 1 case in nasal sinus.Primary symptom: 31 cases were exophthalmia and positive detection rate was 100% by CT.Conclusion Benign tumors of nasal sinus are the major cause of exophthalmia.Observation of dislocated condition of exophthalmia is helpful to seeking tumor primary location.Combination of various diagnosis and treatments plays a very important role in improving early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of rhinogenous exophthalmia.
